Canada's seal slaughter

A lot of time ago the ice in the east of Canada, had an amazing vision, an incredible sea ande the sky of white color. In one the spectacles of the nature are the thousand baby seals calling his moms for first time.
But now the ships of hunt have arrived but what was a scence of peace and innocence it is now a factory of terror and cruelty :(! soon the ice take the color of the blood of smaill seals of only 3 months died only to take his skin from them and is terrible to know that many of them are still living skin removed (it hurts just thinking about it)
In the year 2004 the government allowed to kill this year 350 thousand animals. The largest seal hunt in that year was Terranova.
Year after year the IFAW (International fund for animal welfare), it documents the abuses of animal, And as good says his name it is a serious organization and that has done a great job for the protection of animals.
Greenpeace has denounced the lack of common sense of the government of Canada on having autorized the season of slaughter of seals, in the gulf of Sant Lawrence.
I hope to do something about it because things can not continue to happening.
